Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 5, 2026
Last Updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Sixes Software ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our applications ("Apps"). This single policy governs all Sixes Software applications. Where practices differ for a specific App, that difference is called out inline.

This policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from our Apps.

Apps Covered

This table is updated each time an App is added, removed, or renamed. It also covers our games and utility apps (phone, messaging, calendar, calculator, clock/alarm, and notification tools) as they are released.

Summary

  • We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
  • We do not collect your name, email, address, phone number, device advertising ID, or any other personally identifying information from within the Apps.
  • All user progress, preferences, and session data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade any information.
  • We use RevenueCat only to verify in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and the purchase receipt — not your personal information.
  • If you opt in to anonymous analytics (available in some Apps), we collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data. You can decline on first launch and revoke consent at any time in Settings.

Information We Do and Do Not Collect

Information stored on your device (not collected by us)

The Apps store the following on your device only:

  • Settings and preferences
  • Session history, statistics, streaks, and achievements
  • Mistake records used for targeted drill generation
  • Daily-usage counters for the free-tier session cap
  • EULA acceptance flag

This information never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App removes it.

Information processed by RevenueCat (purchases only)

When you make or restore an in-app purchase, RevenueCat receives:

  • An anonymous RevenueCat user ID (auto-generated, not linked to you by us)
  • The purchase receipt issued by Apple or Google
  • The product ID and purchase date

RevenueCat uses this information solely to confirm your purchase entitlement. We do not send your name, email, or any personal identifier to RevenueCat. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Optional anonymous analytics

Some Apps offer opt-in anonymous analytics. If you accept the consent prompt, the App records aggregated events (e.g., "session started," "scenario answered correctly") with no personal identifier attached. You can decline on first launch or revoke consent later in Settings.

On the Floor content feed (Casino Academy only)

Casino Academy fetches a small JSON file from our servers to display casino-industry notices and public-service content. This request is anonymous (no user identifier attached), delivers only public content, and is cached locally so the App works offline.

Device Permissions

Some Apps request device permissions (for example: contacts, SMS, call logs, notification access, calendar access, alarms, or location) solely to provide the feature that needs them. Data accessed through these permissions is processed on your device and is not transmitted to us. If a future feature ever requires sending permission-derived data off your device, we will describe it in this Policy first and ask for your consent where required.

Location Data

  • Our utility apps do not send location data off your device. Where a feature uses location (such as location-based alarms), location is used locally on the device only.
  • No App currently collects, stores, or shares your location with us or with third parties.
  • If a future feature uses location differently (for example, optional location-based offers in Casino Academy), we will update this Policy before that feature launches, state whether approximate or precise location is used, state whether it is processed locally or sent off-device, and request your permission.

App-Specific Disclosures

Utility Apps

Our utility apps (phone, messaging, calendar, calculator, clock/alarm, and notification tools) are designed to be privacy-minimizing and local-first:

  • Content you create or access in these Apps — contacts, messages, call logs, calendar events, notification history, calculations, alarms — stays on your device.
  • We do not collect, read, or transmit this content.
  • Crash reports and basic diagnostics may be collected as described below.

Casino Academy

Casino Academy is a training and entertainment app intended only for adults. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, prizes, or cashouts. Its data practices are as described in this Policy: progress stays on-device, purchases are verified through RevenueCat, and the On the Floor content feed is fetched anonymously. If optional casino-related offers or promotions are added in the future, this Policy will be updated before launch to describe any related data practices.

Games

Our word and card games can be played on-device without an account. Game progress and statistics are stored locally. Crash reports, diagnostics, and opt-in anonymous analytics may be collected as described in this Policy. If leaderboards, accounts, cloud saves, or multiplayer are added to a game, this Policy will be updated before or at the time those features launch.

Future Social Features

Some future apps or features may include accounts, multiplayer, leaderboards, cloud saves, messaging, social features, purchases, promotions, or other connected services. If we offer those features, we will describe the applicable data practices and rules in this Policy, the Terms, or an app-specific notice before you use them.

Crash Reports and Diagnostics

Some Apps use crash-reporting and diagnostic tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics) to detect and fix failures. Crash reports contain technical information about the device and the state of the App at the time of a crash — not your content or identity. Where analytics are offered, they are opt-in as described above.

How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal information, our use is narrow:

  • To verify purchase entitlement via RevenueCat
  • To deliver the On the Floor content feed to Casino Academy users
  • To receive anonymous analytics where you have opted in

We do not use information for advertising profiling, resale, or cross-app tracking.

Information Sharing

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • RevenueCat, Apple, and Google receive information needed to process purchases.
  • An anonymous analytics provider (if an App uses one and you have opted in) receives aggregated event data.
  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties.

Your Choices

  • Decline analytics on first launch — no events are sent.
  • Revoke analytics consent in Settings at any time.
  • Reset progress from within the App to clear all on-device user data.
  • Uninstall the App to remove all on-device data.
  • Request purchase records through Apple or Google directly (we do not hold purchase records independently).

Children and Age-Specific Apps

  • Casino Academy is intended only for adults. It is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store and Teen on Google Play and is not directed to children below those thresholds.
  • Our utility apps and games are general-audience apps and are not directed to children under 13. They do not require accounts and do not collect personal information from any user, including children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact support@sixessoftware.com.

Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal information, we have nothing to retain about you as an individual. Purchase receipts held by RevenueCat, Apple, and Google are retained per their respective policies.

International Users

  • GDPR / UK GDPR: Our processing basis is legitimate interest (delivering the App and processing purchases). You have the right to access, correct, or delete any data about you. Contact support@sixessoftware.com to exercise these rights.
  • CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA. You may request disclosure or deletion by contacting support@sixessoftware.com.

Security

We follow industry-standard security practices for the limited data we handle. Because user data does not leave the device, the principal security consideration is your own device's security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, surfaced in the Apps on next launch.
